OUR OPERATIONAL AND LOGISTICS HEADQUARTERS
Elettiva is an independent company with its own distribution structure (logistics, accounting, order processing and customer service) and sales network over the Italian territory, allowing to cover the main channels: hyper+super, drugstore (home and personal care) and specialized (pharmacy and perfumery).
The Headquarters is located in the northern industrial area of Vicenza. The building extends over a surface area of 4,000 sq m, of which 3,000 sq m are designed to Logistics.
Logistics is equipped with the most modern technologies, guaranteeing both direct delivery to the points of sale with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and the Cross-Docking service headed to the docking terminals of the purchasing groups.
Internally, various customized processes are carried out for clients: labelling, packaging exchange, reconditioning and preparation of pre-filled displays.
We are dynamic and proactive, always with an eye turned toward service excellence and our clients’ needs. Reliability, punctual deliveries and sales support are the basis of our work. We are able to organize product launches directly on the points of sale, managing the related merchandising and promotional activations.
